This is my Jam

Some of you may know that this is from a (not so) popular song....a song that I love and sing ALL the time. Well, I've decided this is my new motto--"This is my Jam." For some of you not too quick to catch on....I've found my groove. I love my life. This is all about me! As my daddy often says to me, "This is your world, buddy...we're just living in it."

My cousins were supposed to come visit me last weekend but Gene is not feeling very well, so they stayed home. We are hoping he's recovering quickly and feeling good and that they can all come visit very soon.

Mom and Dad tried to make up for it, though, and filled my weekend with fun! I spent Friday with MiMa and Mommy. Mom had to run errands and I think she feels bad or something for making me go b/c she lets me have suckers and balloons at Trader Joes and I get to play at the indoor playground in the mall, and then eat Chik fil A for lunch. It's awesome! I don't think I'll let on that running errands is actually fun for me! One of my buddies came over for dinner on friday and his mom brought cupcakes and all kinds of fun stuff to decorate them. We made SUCH a mess and ate tons of icing and jellybeans. It was great! Mom didn't take any pictures because her and dad were too busy worrying about the sprinkles being tracked through the house!

Mom and Dad have started taking me to church again. They say that I'm old enough to know how to act now. I actually love going to church but I still don't understand why I have to be so quiet. I guess I wasn't too bad because mom and dad took me to my first hockey game that night!! It was AWESOME! They took me to a Richmond Spiders basketball game a couple of months ago (did you know that three of my great-uncles went there??) and I've decided I like basketball games better. Hockey mans are crazy!

My grandma and grandaddy are coming to visit this weekend. Daddy is going to build a shed for the backyard and grandaddy is going to help him. This means I get to do fun stuff with Mom and Grandma so I'll stay out of their way while they build.

Here's a few pictures from this week....

I hope everyone has a great weekend! I'll be back next week to fill you in on all of my adventures!
