September 2009--Disneyworld

Finally--some pictures from Disneyworld. These aren't in any particular order. The reason I thought about posting them tonight is because, as I was taking a bath tonight, I asked mom if we could go back next week and stay in a different hotel. It seems like a long time since we've been and I'd really like to go back. Mom didn't even answer me, so I don't know if she liked the idea or not.

I'm going to stop apologizing for being so bad abo0ut updating this blog because it's obviously not getting any better!

September has been a fun month. The pool closed but I went to Nags Head with my friend, Davis. His family was on vacation there and they invited us down! The weather wasn't great the first few days but we didn't care--we had a blast playing in the beach house, in the pool, and even in the hot tub. We climbed to the top of the lighthouse and toured around corolla. It was a blast!!!

We also visited Grandma and Grandaddy, celebrated Joe's birthday, and found out that I'm going to have a little brother!! OH--and mom and dad surprised me with a trip to Disneyworld. They didn't tell me until the morning we left and we just got back yesterday. I'll save those pictures for another post, but here's some of the rest of september:

I had so much fun in Disneyworld and I'll post some pictures soon!!

Well, another month has passed by. I can't believe that it's the end of August and summer is nearly over. I still have a lot of fun things planned but Fall will be here before you know it! I've seen some Halloween costumes out in the stores already, so I guess I need to start thinking about what I want to be.

Mom was still feeling a little under the weather up until last week, but I think she's all back to normal now. We all spent a lot of time at the pool, which was fine by me. I got to practice up on my diving skills.

I've also gotten to go the beach a lot this summer and I think we're even going to head down to Nags Head with one of my best buddies in a couple of weeks. I love the beach and even learned how to boogie board!

I've gone to tons of birthday parties this summer--more than I can count--and all at some really great places. I have another one @ chuck e cheese this weekend and that's my favorite place!!

I'm Back!!

I had to take a little hiatus because Mom's been under the weather. I keep hearing them say something about her being pregnant, but I have no idea what that means except it makes her sick.

So, anyways, I'm back! It's been a fun summer so far. I'm such a great swimmer and today, for the first time, i went off the diving board and swam all the way to the side by myself. I am so excited and mom and dad were so proud!! We've been really busy having fun...here's a few pictures.

Oh yeah...I had a birthday!! I am 3 years old now. Can you believe it?! I had a great party at The Jump Zone with 15 of my closest friends. Then I had pizza and cake at my house and that weekend, I had another party @ grandma and granddaddy's. I am spoiled, for sure. Here I am being silly at grandma and grandddaddy's.

So, that's about it. I have my last swim lesson tomorrow, but I'm already swimming circles around my teacher. My daddy has been teaching me all summer and I'm about ready for the swim team. I hope everyone is having a great summer!!

Weekend with Henry and Adam

I had a great weekend!! Henry and Adam (oh--and their parents, Angie and Gene) came to visit from northern virginia. They got here after lunch on saturday and I was napping but Mom woke me up so I could show them my third floor! We played up there and played outside and then we went to the jumpy place, where Mom took some pictures of us having fun.

We spent the rest of their visit just playing and having fun at the house. It was a short visit, but it was so much fun! I can't wait until they come back and visit again.

Well, since I last posted (over a month ago now), I've done tons of fun stuff! You'd think I'd have more pictures to share in a whole month, but Mom's been too busy playing to get the camera out and take pictures. I'll share what I have, though.

Dad took me to visit GG one saturday while Mom and MiMa walked the Sugan G Komen 10K and did some girl stuff. GG and I played the fishing game, did puzzles, and GG pushed me around, showing me off. After we visited, we went to Uncle Tommy and Aunt Brenda's for lunch. It was great to see everyone and Aunt Brenda made spaghetti (YUM!!)


One of my new favorite things to do is puzzles--I put this one together all by myself.

One saturday, we went down to Brown's Island to watch Ultimate Air Dogs. Uncle Andy and Aunt Sammy's dog, Sonny, was in it...see him below. Mom says I look kinda like this when I jump in the pool.

I've been cruising the party circuit recently. Everyone has a birthday party in the summer (including me!!!). Here I am trying to bust the pinata at Mason's circus party.

You know how I'm always talking about my friend, Davis, who lives on the farm? Well, they even have a big studio upstairs where his dad jams. He let Davis and I play with him and I've taken a liking to these drums.

Finally, it's summer! I've been taking swimming lessons and I've become quite the fish. I love the pool and luckily mom does, too, so she takes me all the time.
